Sansa e260

I have Rhapsody and want to tranfer my music to my mp3 player (Sansa e260) I have downloaded the software and activated the player but it wont transfer to my mp3 player. It will get like 10 songs done and say 5 errors and won’t transfer another song. What is the problem?????
