Please bare with me as I’m sure this is a pretty elementary question.
We have a copy/fax/scanner at our office that is networked and has it’s own IP address. I can get online and put in this IP address and it brings up the machine. From there I can click on various tabs to do different things (add a new user to the scan feature, check if a fax has gone, etc).
However, on this page, I have to click through the tabs to get to the fax page. But when I do that, the address does not change.
There is a user in our company that has a shortcut that takes him directly to the fax page that shows the job. He didn’t put it on there and doesn’t know how to do it!! I’ve been asked to do it for everyone and I’m lost.
