From the "File" menu, select "Save As...". From there, follow the instructions.

Since it is a web page, if you did a File -> Save As, it would save the page plus all of the image files. You don't need all of that clutter.
The best way to save HTML pages is to just highlight the text of the e-mail, right-click on it and select Copy.
Then, open up Notepad, and select Edit -> Paste.
That will paste the text into the empty Notepad text file.
At this point in Notepad, click File -> Save As and save the text file.

hope this helps

I use 3 different options to save my Yahoo Mail.

1. Forward as in-line text to my regular e-mail account.

2. Print preview, and save the page rather than print it.

3. If I just want part of the text in the mail, I select and copy the text I want, paste it into notepad, and save the file.

The best way to save it (with headers), is for him to forward it to his local e-mail account and then save it in his personal folder.

Otherwise a text-copy and paste to notepad or Word works as well.
