Ok, heres the situation. I have a user using Windows 98 and the full version of Adobe Acrobat 5.0.5. The user scans a document to PDF format. Then the user goes to print that document and it take the networked laser printer 30 per page to print and it spools and prints only one page at a time. This doesnt happen for documents that weren’t scanned and no other documents have this problem. I know that scanned PDF’s usually take longer to print but the weird thing is that there is another user just across the hall who can scan PDF’s from the same scanner using the same settings and print just fine like it was a normal document to the same print and they are using the same OS. I’ve already tried re-installing Acrobat, re-installing printer drivers, reconfiguring the printer memory reserves, and hitting it…
Has anyone ever seen or had this problem before. If so please let me know how you fixed it. Also, any suggestions that you might have that I haven’t already tried would be more then welcome. Thanks!
