Screen saver locks the computer even password protection diasblw in group p

Hi All

We have a Windows 2003 ADC with arround 2000 usres.Recently we deployed corporated screen savers using Group Policy.And we have disabled password protect in Group policy.BUt Some of the users one who have enabled "On Resume Password protect" options in their local pc facing the problem now.Screen saver deployed sucessfully but some users prompting for password.I Have also cheked the settings in Registry HKEY_CURRENT_USER-->Control Panel-->desktop-->ScreenSaverIsSecure is set to 0.Some body can u help me fix this problem.
Only some users who enabled screen saver with resume password protected earlier facing this problem.Rest of the users are not have any problems

Ok, this might be more of a help towards your issue..

The screen savers password is only on client based computers and not server side. So you will have to go into these computers to rectify them.

On my machine, Win XP, there is a registry key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\ScreenSaverIsSecure
with value 1 when the password is active, and 0 when it is not.

Presumably you could toggle this on and off using a Registry API call.

The client is a member of domain controller

HI,I have checked the registry entries in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\ScreenSaverIsSecure and it is set to value 0.. Screen saver pushed ny group policy and we also set disabled password protect in group policy it self.But still it asks password for some users in the network
