I have an Acer 5610z. My screen cracked on it last May (’07) so I took it apart but never ordered a new screen for it until last week. I have the new screen installed except I still have a black and white cable with is not connected. Or should I say, I don’t recall where it goes. I think it the cable for the keyboard to function with the screen because the windows loads up to the point where it allows me to choose whether I was a “Last Good Known Configuration”, “Start Windows Normally”…but the arrow keys don’t seem to work; this happens even when I try to load a CD of windows as well.
