On windows xp there is a well definable search – file word date etc; No problem. On next desk is Windows 10. I cant fine tune my search. I have to use both systems throughout the day. . How to define more accurately on Windows 10. I’m 74 years old and work as a volunteer for HIV patient data.. Frustrated Any guidance please
