Security in skype or fake IDs

Dear all

Today I found that in my skype contacts there is a name which is very strange. Securityigi. I do not know that and never seen before.
I would like to know if skyp itself has a virtual contact as intelligent security?!
Or it is phishing fake id to collect finger prints?
I could not find in skyp and web sth about securityigi.

IGI seems to stand for Identity Governance and Intelligence .

I would delete that contact and change your skype password.
