I have an XP Home SP2 machine with a USB printer that I can’t see from my Vista Home Basic laptop with the same workgroup settings. I have a Vista Business laptop that sees the XP pc fine and can use its printer, even though it belongs to my business domain. I can see the entire network from the Vista Business pc, but can only see the Vista Business machine from the Vista Home machine.
