seek comparative sound recorder app

Please recommend an android app or Windows program of the type “comparative sound recorder”. A simple 2 track recorder. Used to practice imitating sounds: music, bird calls, language samples. The sample is recorded or loaded onto the first track. The user pauses this track as needed, and the second track rrcords both the first, or “master”, track, as well as the user’s attempts to imitate it. The user then plays back the zecond track, comparing the imitation with the model. This function is found in many language learning apps, but tied to suppplied lessons. I have been looking for a stand-alone app for use with any sound sample. My purpose is to record native speakers of specific dialects, and imitate the features that differ from the accepted version of the language. For my own personal, non-commercial use.
