Seeking Help or Advice on building a seemingly very simple mobile app

I’d really appreciate any insight, advice and/or direction. I’m very new to this and only planning on creating this one mobile app for my business. I’d just like to build a basic app that allows my clients to log in and access their live reports on a private URL and account details (Budget, services etc). I’ve found plenty of mobile app maker tools that allow you to embed a URL but I need the link/button to take clients to their specific URL, not just mirror a general website. Is there some common terminology for this type of custom user profile functionality in mobile apps that I should be using? Any mobile app maker recommendations are appreciated too. Thank You so much
