I am a System Administrator I work mainly on Admininstring MS Win2k3 servers . However, as a skills and career developement plan of mine I am planning to have a Win2k8 and some other OS like Linux, Red Hat etc On line learning courses so I wonder if somebody can help me in providing me with :
1- elearning or remote leraning web sites and free learning web sites .
2- sites of some good companies that offer some on line Operating systems labs for renet and test .
3- Some Technical real life Case Studied related web sites
Moreover, a friend of mine is about to finsh some courses in C# JAVA and COREL DRAW and he is looking for sites which offer some projects which can be performed by volunteering paticipants from all around the world on the internet or any other ways which can help software programmers and Engineers to gain some real life experinse
