Send Email on behalf of someone in ACT!

I have a client who is running ACT! 2000. There is a way to send email to a distribution list or contact on behalf of someone else, no?

They are also running Exchange 2000 and Outlook XP (I think some are 2000, as well).

I know there is a mail configuration through ACT! but I’m unsure as to exactly what it does (I haven’t configured ACT in a long time).

Do we add another user Exchange account somehow? Anyone have any suggestions or where to look for an answer?
