Send To option not responding

Hi, I have a colleague that cannot send file to a mail recipient using the Send to option. It's all visible, but when we right click on a document and select Send To / Mail Recipient absolutely nothing happens.
There is no error at all.

Any suggestions?

hi,

sorry to hijack your thread, but i have the same problem on one of our workstations. we use the lotus notes 7 mail client on xp sp2.
only 1 end-user is experiencing the problem.

usually, changing the default mail client in ie solves the problem, but not in this case.

any other ideas?

Try this....

E-mail options, under "file" make sure that "WORK OFFLINE" is not checked.

Not working?. Then try this....

Manually go to TOOLS > SEND RECEIVE, then select the invidual account to send and receive.

As per my original post, the mail client is Lotus Notes, not Outlook.
