Can anyone help me figure out why Outlook Express 5 and my POP3 Email will not send large jpeg files without timing out. I have a normal dial-up connection via phone line and am using a V90 56K modem which transfers the data at 28,800 bps. For some reason, halfway through sending a picture, the data will stop transferring. I have extended to the maximum time possible for server time-outs and do not know what else to try? Has anyone else found the solution to this problem?
