a user cannot receive any emails from a particular domain. She has a mailbox on another domain (Lotus Notes) and all of her emails that come to that box are forwared to her account at our domain. We have a community box with a local ISP. Locally we run Sendmail 8.2. When I pull the messages for that user from our community mailbox at ISP site in verbose mode – it says that “no local matches for that user were found, forwarding to root”. The root account gets the message and later on deletes it. I am at a complete loss. The user is set up no differently than any other user (inbox and an alias). I do not see any deny or forward files set up for the user locally. Please, any suggestions.
