Separate folders for email accounts

How can I set up separate folder for 3 different
email accounts. This would be down loading email with outlook 2003.

I presume you mean that you effectively want to have 3 separate Inbox folders, one for each of three email accounts. This will do it:

1. Create the three "Inbox" folders, named however you wish.

2. Create one rule for each of the three folders using the Rules Wizard (Tools->Rules Wizard).

In each rule, specify that the rule (1) Is to be applied right after the mail is downloaded from the server, (2) Applies when the message is from the specified account (otherwise rule processing continues with the next rule), (3) Specifies to move the message to the specified folder, and (4) Specifies to not process any more rules.
