Server 2012 User Home Directory Permisions

I would very much appreciate some advice regarding the configuration on NTFS permissions for an end user home directory scenario.
Basically we have around 50 users who require access to individual home directories.
All 50 home directories have historically been placed within one share, with everyone able to access each others data, so no security.
Thankfully we are now moving to a more secure environment...

What I need to achieve is all 50 user home directories located within one share and each end user only able to see their own directory, with full permissions applied for that user to their specific directory.

Question, is this possible, and if so then what would be the best way to achieve this ?

Thanks for any advice given..
Dean

Hi,
Are you using a server in a domain structure . If you are then when you create the usernames in the domain, this security implementation for the user folder is automatically setup when you specify the home folder for the users (ie d:\home\%username%) It will create the folders and set the permissions restrictive to just that user automatically.
