Server doesn’t display in Ntwk neighbrhd

I have an NT4.0 server that is only used for our Exchange. I can’t figure out why it doesn’t show up in Network Neighborhood on the other servers. If I reboot it, it will show up on the other servers for approximately 90 minutes. Any help would be appreciated.
