I have a windows 2000 server with service pack2 and IIS5 the. server is used as file and print server, also it used to get and distribute our mails from the main server through the internet. i received many cautions about the code red worm then i downloaded the mentioned patch file from microsoft site and i run this file to my server, while i was browsing the server from the internet explorer it brought a web page with “fuck US Government” and i could know that this is caused by the SADMIND worm which exploite a valunerabiltiy of the IIS5 that is not updated with SP2 whlie my server updated with it, really i deleted the Default html also i uninstalled the IIS itself, so please advice me on this since i want to what the other effects of this worm and what may i do regarding this.
