server side rules in Exchange 5.5

I am moving a distrubtion group to a public folder. In a public folder under Exchange 5.5 can I have rules like I do in Outlook?

Meaning if I have a folder named test1, can I make subfolder under that (test2m test3) and have rules that say “if emails come in under test1 and have these certain things sepaerate them into test2 or test3?
