Services in MMC Windows 2000

While trying to solve a problem of security on Windows 2000 Pro US based computers on my network, I’ve disabled some services via the MMC : the two RPC services, the Netbios Helper over TCP/IP. Since this, I’ve lost the icons in Network/Dial Up connection. There is no ore printer installed and impossible to install a new one. The print spooler doesn’t respond. The network connection manager also. Can somebody help me for this matter.
