Setting Explorer.exe Title bar

When I do, explorer.exe c:\ProjectAjax, from a batch file, is there a way to display “Ajax Development Project Folder” on title bar instead of default “C:\ProjectAjax”.

Looking at options for explorer.exe I can’t directly see how to do this;
