Setting up a printer in TOM/nsgfourd

We use this really obscure program at my work. It is called TOM, and it runs some DOS-based application called ‘nsgfourd’. Is there anyone out there who has heard of it and who can tell me where I can to get some resources or how to set up a printerin it?
