Setting up FTP Server

I have BulletProof Server. Im on a cable modem and use a router. And will have clients using WS FTP Pro. What are Key setings to set up Server and client. The IP adress for my network is 192.168.1.5 but then on router ts 68.100.75.108 which would I use to sset them up. thanks
