Hello, I have a 32in Insignia NS-32E400NA14 that I am trying to connect to my custom built PC with a HDMI cable. I keep getting the No signal message whenever I to connect them. I haven’ t turned on my PC and let it start up for the first time so; I wanted to know if I needed to get a actual monitor and configure my PC before I could use my Insignia as a monitor?
