Settings for Outlook Express

Hi:

From out of nowhere, every time I send an E-Mail from my PC, I get a prompt that Says “Send as HTML, Use Plain Text and something else”.
My O/A is Windows XP Home and I never changed any settings in my Outlook Express.
Any assistance will be much appreciated as always.
