Share Outlook Calendar/No Exch Server

I have 2 end users who would like to share an Outlook Calendar. Office is not large enough to justify purchasing Exchange Server. They don’t want to learn another software package. Network consists of small Win2K server and approx 6 Win2K prof. clients. Internet access/firewall/DSL installed, but they don’t want a web-based solution. What’s an administrator to do??
