Share Outlook calendar with office

I have a small network with a couple of WinXP computers. I have OfficeXP on the computers.
Can I access the calendar in Outlook express from another computer. Basically, I need to have one person schedule appointments and have several people accessthat particular “Outlook Express” file from their computers. Can this be done?
