Share Outlook Calendar?

Does anyone know of a way to have two workstations on a network see the same calendar events in Outlook? My boss would like to have his secretary make changes to the calendar on her workstation and he would then see the changes on his calendar and vice versa. Can this be done in Outlook? Is there a better program for doing this? Thanks. -Brian
