Shared Calendar defined view problem

I have set up (am owner of)a shared Calendar as a resource in Exchange 2000.
When I create defined views on my Outlook 2003 machine (allow all to view)they are inconsistent when viewed on other machines/versions of Outlook, even with the same user logged in (Win2K AD domain).

I have tried defining as both my own user (owner privileges) account, and as the calendar 'user' account, but still only certain views are indicated.

All defined views were created in the same way, with very similar filter/formatting options so I am left wondering what is going on.

Has anyone set up and had absolute success with this type of arrangement (ie NOT a public folder), or is it just another Microsoftism?

Thoughts/experiences would be appreciated.
