Shared Inbox

Is there a way for two or more individuals to be able to use only one email account simultaneously. we use outlook in our office to access our email.

Are you using Exchange, if so you can simply have a copy of each users email forwarded to the other user.

Well assuming that you guys are comfortable with using the same inbox, you each could have your own folders and you could setup a criterion with the rules and alerts wizard to deliver mail to their respective folders. I do it all the time at work for different newsletters.

But seriously, maybe you should consider having separate email addresses, hotmail is a good one because it can be setup in outlook accounts.

neither is any email address on a public server.
If you have your own exchange server, the best thing to do is to setup their own email accounts, and setup a shared account. Add the shared account to the list of mailboxes to open.
