Sharing a calendar across domains

What are the processess you need to invoke to enable an Outlook calendar to be veiwed between different Exchange Domains on different networks. A Wan connection between the different domains and networks is avaialble. The version of Exchange is 5.5 and the OS sytems in question are NT4 and Win 2000
