Sharing Emails

Is it possible that 5 user can access same emails
database at the same time using Microsoft Outlook (or any software might work w/ this case.)If anyone know how to setup this or any suggestion
how can i make this thing possible to work.Im using pop3 on our email server and dowloads
trough Microsoft Outlook.
