I have 3 pc with an ethernet card where I can chain together and pretty much share disk space like it was one system through network neiborhood. Now, I bought a laptop that also has a network interface ( claiming 100/10mbs), but when I connect the network cable to this laptop…I get nothing….
I belive all the server and client software is there and the system is configured…I was also told that I may have a sync problem with the older ethernet cards…the 100/10 can probably sync but the old one cant, but I figured that the new one would be smart enough to send the apporpiate information…but any way I cant get them to talk….can anyone help…
