Sharing one calender among several firms

I am looking for any suggestions to recommend to a not-for-profit alliance of several firms who are collaborating on a project together. Outlook’s calendar does not show enough detail; and Project is too cumbersome. One person will enter all meetings for all parties in the alliance; scheduling will be for a core team and numerous sub-teams who all work at the firms in the alliance. Any suggestions?
