Sharing Outlook Data on WXP P2P Network

I have 2 Computers in my office with MS Windows XP Professional installed on both of them. I use Peer-to-Peer Networking for my Accounting applications. I also use MS Office XP and would like to share Address Book, Notes, To DO List etc. from my Microsoft Outlook on other node. As far as I know I would need to and don’t mind installing MS Exchange Server but I don’t want to have to install MS Windows 2000 Server as I need only 2 machines. Kindly suggest what should I do.
