Sharing outlook in a network?

I haven’t done much work with Exchange. My boss is asking if there is a way for everyone to access each other’s email, calenders, tasks, etc. (We run on Windows 2000 Professional and Exchange).
So is there? I’m trying to search but not sure what I should be asking to get the answer i need.
