I recently bought a Sharp Monitor PN-K321H monitor to attach to my work laptop (HP Elitebook). The monitor has a display port cable at the back (and no HDMI) which I can link to an apple laptop. If i do this, the monitor works so I know the monitor is functioning. My laptop however does not have the same apple powerpoint so I bought a display port to HDMI cable to link monitor and HP laptop but it does not work. All i see on the monitor is “no signal”. Any suggestions on how to fix? Regards, M
