I installed office 2003 with the complete install, not typical, and all is fine except the printer icon is missing from the toolbar as well as all the icons on the lefthand side of the toolbar. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no difference. The icons on the rightside of the toolbar starting with the type, size, bold, underline, etc.. are all in place. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
