    Sheep and missing RAM

    I have an Intel i7-7700K CPU @4.2GHz on Maximus Hero VIII mb. I installed 32GB DDR4 RAM. The OS sees only 16GB RAM, while other readings inform me only 14GB RAM is usable. I have tried some tips from Youtube videos, but nothing seems to activate my full 32GB RAM. The RAM is 4x8GB sticks of Corsair Vengeance @ 3600MHz, which runs at slower system-default speed. Why does Win10PRO x64 not see the actual 32 GB (not 16GB) RAM amount installed nor register its real clock-speed? How to resolve these two issues please?! Thanks, Mike
