Shift Deleted Emails from Exchange 4.5 – Bright Ideas Anyone??

I have managed to “shift-delete” about 60 unbacked up emails from Outlook 2000 SP3 working through Exchange running on SBS 4.5.

Does anyone have any idea how i might recover them – if at all?
