Short cut key sequence in Outlook 2002

OS= Windows XP Pro (SP1)
Application = Outlook 2002 (Office XP Pro SP2)

Is there a shortcut to go the Sent Items?
(CTRL + SHIFT + I takes you to the Inbox)
(CTRL + SHIFT + O takes you to the Outbox)

If not, can one create a shortcut?

If so, how?
