Shortcut to "Find People"

By Shanghai Sam ·
Is there some sort of registry edit to create a desktop shortcut that will open the same thing as Start-Find-People in NT/2K?

I currently have a shortcut on my NT desktops that LDAP querys Exch5.5 for a company phone/address book. (LDAP://mailserver) which works very well. I've converted my domain to W2K and have an Exch2K server. I want to remove my Exch5.5 but my users need their address book and
the same type of LDAP shortcut does not work as it did in Exch5.5 (Microsoft realizes this to be a problem). I've set up AD as a directory service in the WAB but currently can only get to it by clicking Start-Find-People. I would like to be able to LDAP query the AD from a single shortcut on the NT4 desktops without going through these
extra steps, writing a program, or spending money. Any help would be appreciated.
