    Should Win2K MCSE be supported

    What’s the chief reason IT consulting firms should (or shouldn’t) offer tuition assistance and support for its personnel to earn Windows 2000 certification.

      They SHOULD because a big plus to stay with a company is that the company supports there engineers and wants them to learn new technoligies and stay current. If it is a good company and fun to work at the employees will stay. Not just use the company to pay for classes and then leave for the biggest bidder.
