simple interactive viewer of my Maya scene

We are going to render several existing roads in Maya, and the customer wants the ability to have an interactive controller where he can turn the view around, fly over, etc in real time. My boss says he has seen this with basic controls and wants us to find some software we can import the animated Maya scene into and have it be a “walkthrough”…Is this something that can be accomplished easily with a program like Ventuz?

Any suggestions for this would be greatly appreciated!
