site-to-site VPN on Win 2K server

how do i configure siti-to-site VPN on Win 2K SERVER , using IPSEC , 3DES for encryption & pre-shared key authentication method . right now we have configured site-to-site VPN using CISCO PIX 506. this tunnel is running , now can i create the VPN tunnel using win 2k server as well on the other internet leased line.
