site-to-site VPN on Win 2K server

I need some guidelines to configure Site-to-site VPN on WIN 2K SERVER. how do i make use this IPSEC Support in Win 2K. i want to create a VPN tunnel to my other office in US using 3DES encryption IPSEC & pre-shared key authentication method.

How do i create this tunnel using Win 2K server ?
