Site under counstruction when using microsoft outlook web version

Hi I have one user trying to access his email thru the internet using microsoft outlook from our web site access. As soon as he gets to the logon screen the page changes and says something as “this site is under constructuon and registered by network solutions” or something in that order i tried to access it from my pc and it works i scanned the pc for spyware,hijackers and viruses nothing found.
Any one can point me in the right direction on how to solve this???
