Ok, I just got a new laptop from dell. And unfortuantly I HAD to get Windows Vista, whenever I try to download something off the internet such as a file, it takes FOREVER, it always is downloading at less than 100 kb/s. What the heck. Is there anyway to fix this problem.
P.S. My main computer with Windows XP can download files at a much faster rate, up 600 kb/s sometimes, so I don’t believe its actually my internet.
